Most customers receive between 1 and 5 messages per month. Additional messages may be sent when an active support request, project, or scheduled appointment requires communication.


4. Does Full Ace Group send marketing text blasts?

No.

Full Ace Group primarily uses SMS for individual client communications, support updates, consultations, and service-related correspondence.


5. How do I opt in to receive SMS messages?
